BMW Spartanburg Paint Shop is Green

BMWs manufacturing plant in Spartanburg, SC will soon acquire half of its required energy needs from recycled methane gas at a nearby landfill. It's reported this move will save BMW over $1 million in energy costs, and obviously help the environment. Paint shops are the largest user of electricity in an auto manufacturing plant.
