National Motorist Assn
I've been asked about where speed-traps are listed in the US. The National Motorist Association has a listing of speed traps here in the US. The NMA is also a great resource for other driving issues you may encounter with law enforcement.

I was not able to find a list of speed traps using this link :(
There's a "Links" page. From there, you continue on, or just go directly to the link which is http://www.speedtrap.org, which should get you what you're looking for. :-)
So my question is this, if there are certain places where speed-traps are specifically put in place, then how can people say that there are no such things as monthly "quotas"?
