Porsche Tops Quality Survey

According to JD Power in a CNN article today, Porsche has topped the list for new car quality. JD Power changed their analysis this year to include design flaws that bothered consumers as well as actual defects.

BMW ranked well for low defects, but fell to midpoint due to design flaws that got under consumer's skin.
