$75M to Build Dealership

Dave Wilson spent $75 million to build Newport Lexus (in California), a franchise dealership. It's the new franchise record and the new trend, termed a Taj Mahal store. There are others, albeit build with less $$$ around the country. Las Vegas and Manhattan (New York) have ones I read about. Sheesh.....
